What concerts or other events have you attended?
Just the monthly goth club at the end of the month.

Which musical instruments have you played?
This month I stuck with the Schecter: Damien Elite 8 guitar and Ibanez: SRD905F fretless bass. Both are tuned to low-F# / E standard.

What songs have you been listening to?
Oh goodness. So much. I have a goal of listening to several new -- at least new to me -- albums per week.

What musical industry news have you heard?
New releases of hardware, mostly. New effects pedal iterations i.e. Alexander Pedals: Syntax Error XP which is the third version of this glitchy oddball pedal and is now a part of their "Leap Series" in a smaller box with even more features. Part of me really wants it, the other part is like "well, it does bitcrush type stuff and I have 8-bit synths and a 16-bit drum machine, I could make a point to stick to those and claim on an album that it's all authentic modernized old tech rather than an effect emulating the idea of the sound like RATM specified 'no synths, only guitar effects' on their first album".

What were your other musical activities during February?
I recorded a couple practice jams and posted them online. Never got fully acquainted with my new audio interface for recording.

What plans do you have for March?
Today I plan on fixing up a computer and getting to know that Focusrite: Scarlet 18i16 and Ardour DAW (digital audio workspace). At some point this month I plan on ordering a MOD: Dwarf multi-effects, amp+cab sim, et. al. device. After that I plan on recording more so, let's see what happens.

Otherwise, there's a cool DJ that'll be spinning on the middle of the month so I'll be there as well as the one at the end of the month.
